"Jianxing Electronics" originated from a business unit of Yuanxing Technology Co., LTD. In 1995, we recruited an excellent R&D team from the Institute of Industrial Research to enter the field of optical disc drive research and manufacturing. In order to focus on the optical disc drive industry, in March 1999, we became Jianxing Electronics Co., Ltd. independent from Yuanxing Technology Co., LTD. In July 2001, it became a listed company of the second class shares in the upper cabinet, and in November 2004, Jianxing Electronics officially became a listed company in Taiwan.
